Cleaning improves the surface; it does not correct a failed base or reset sunken pavers. Repairs are assessed and quoted separately before sealing.

Ask to review a small test area, product compatibility and curing instructions before work begins. Rain, irrigation and trapped moisture can affect the result; we confirm surface readiness and when foot or vehicle traffic can return for the selected product.

Frequently Asked Questions About Paver Maintenance
How often should I seal my pavers?
Most surfaces benefit from sealing every 1–3 years, depending on sun exposure and traffic.
What should I send for a cleaning and sealing estimate?
Share your city, the approximate surface area and photos showing the pavers, joints, stains and any uneven spots. If available, include the previous sealer name and when it was applied. Ask whether the quote includes old-coating removal, joint re-sanding and sealing, and which repairs would be separate.
Does power washing damage pavers?
When done correctly, it removes buildup without harming the surface. We use methods that protect the finish and surrounding areas.
Can you restore faded pavers?
Yes. Cleaning, re-sanding, and sealing with color enhancement can make older pavers look refreshed.
Do you repair uneven or sinking areas?
Yes. We assess sunken areas and quote lifting, base correction and resetting separately. Repair comes before cleaning, re-sanding and sealing; sealer alone cannot level pavers.
Will sealing make the surface slippery?
Traction depends on the paver surface, sealer, application and moisture. We discuss an outdoor-rated finish suitable for the surface and its use, especially around pools; no finish eliminates slip risk.
