In-Home Sales Consultant

We transform South Florida driveways, patios, and pool decks into stunning outdoor living spaces, and we're looking for someone who genuinely loves working with people and helping them make smart decisions for their homes.

What you'll do day to day:

  1. Meet homeowners at their properties to understand their vision, lifestyle, and budget

  2. Present customized paver and hardscaping solutions — driveways, patios, pool decks, walkways

  3. Guide clients through decisions with a consultative, no-pressure approach

  4. Build lasting relationships

  5. Represent Perfect Pavers with professionalism and genuine care for the customer

  • We transform South Florida driveways, patios, and pool decks into stunning outdoor living spaces, and we're looking for someone who genuinely loves working with people and helping them make smart decisions for their homes.

    You'll receive company-provided qualified leads from day one. No cold calling, no door knocking. Meaningful conversations with homeowners who are already interested only.

    This is a role where your character matters as much as your resume. We're building a team for the long term and invest in people who are honest, reliable, and want to grow with us.

  • Our commission structure is competitive and transparent. Most consultants earn between $50,000 and $85,000 annually. Top performers who master our process and build referral relationships earn more over time.

    • Guide clients through decisions with a consultative, no-pressure approach

    • Close sales during or shortly after the initial consultation

    • Build lasting relationships that generate referrals and repeat business

    • Represent Perfect Pavers with professionalism and genuine care for the customer

    • You've spent 2+ years selling to homeowners and understand how buying decisions actually get made 

    • You have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation — a truck or SUV fits the role well

    Also helpful:

    • Background in construction, home improvement, or landscaping

    • Bilingual English/Spanish (a real advantage in our market)

    • Primarily Monday–Friday; occasional Saturday may be required 2–4 times per year when managing a project start 

    • Territory: Palm Beach and Broward County

    • 60–80% local travel to client homes; office available for scheduling and estimates

Field Sales Assistant

Perfect Pavers of South Florida is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Field Coordinator to support our sales and project management teams.

What you'll do day to day:

  1. Load, transport, and present paver samples to clients

  2. Take measurements, photos, and notes so our team can build accurate estimates

  3. Visit clients to collect signatures and help with paperwork

  4. Check active job sites to confirm work meets our quality and cleanliness standards

  5. Be an on-site point of contact for clients during projects

  6. Learn our sales process and back up the sales team as you grow

  • Client & Sales Support

    • Conduct site visits to take measurements, photos, and detailed notes for accurate estimates

    • Load, transport, and present paver samples to clients at their homes or offices, including physical handling of heavy material displays 

    • Deliver and pick up samples to/from potential clients

    • Visit clients' homes or offices to collect signatures and assist with documentation

    • Prepare and review estimates with accuracy and attention to detail

    • Additional sales support duties as assigned 

    Field & Project Coordination

    • Monitor active job sites to ensure work meets company quality and cleanliness standards

    • Pick up and deliver materials needed for ongoing jobs

    • Serve as a point of contact on-site for clients during active projects

    Sales Cross-Training

    • Learn our full sales process to provide backup support as needed

    • Assist in converting qualified leads when capacity requires

    • Base salary $40,000–$52,000 depending on experience

    • Company vehicle provided 

    • Opportunity to grow into a full sales or project management role

    • Hands-on training in the hardscape/paver industry

    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required — this role involves daily driving)

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    • Professional appearance and confident communication with clients

    • Experience in construction, home services, landscaping, or real estate — a plus

    • Physical requirements: This role involves regularly lifting, loading, and transporting paver samples and materials weighing up to 50–70 lbs. Candidates must be comfortable with physical handling of heavy materials as part of daily responsibilities. 

    • Bilingual English/Spanish — a significant advantage in our market

    • Comfortable working independently and managing a variable daily schedule
